CTA Aerial has teamed up with Middleton Media an independent professional photographer to provide an interior and aerial photography option for estate agents, developers and other industries that require this service. Aerial images of your property will allow for a true perception of the property, especially for property on large estates. By working with Middleton Media allows a professional all inclusive package where for the same service would require two different companies at a higher cost for the client.

We are also able to produce high quality brochures for your property that can be sent out to clients to provide that all inclusive package when instructing us for your real estate project.

Aerial Filming

New technology allows for new opportunities. CTA Aerial can supply affordable and time efficient aerial filming solutions. Below is a small showreel of the work we have done in the past 12 months.

Safety

At CTA Aerial we go above and beyond the required safety equipment and standards. Designated take off and landing areas will be set out and if required an assistant will be used on the site. Pre deployment surveys are carried out to ensure a safe flight and first aid and fire extinguisher equipment is brought to site to cover possible situations.

Insurance

CTA Aerial is insured with £2,000,000 of public liability cover offering reassurance to the client.

Equipment

Currently the DJI Phantom II is the system of choice with a camera fitted that supplies 1080p HD video and 12MP still images. A Zenmuse three-axis gimbal is fitted to provide smooth video as it takes away the vibrations while the UAV is in flight
